Child Safety Standards
Last updated November 6, 2026
These are the published standards of Bubblic Inc. ("Bubblic", "we") against child
sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) for the Bubblic app on iOS and Android and for
bubblic.app. They apply to everything on Bubblic: voice messages, transcripts, images,
comments, profiles, and private conversations.
In short: Bubblic is for adults only. We have zero tolerance for any
content or behaviour that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a child. We remove it,
terminate the account, and report it to the authorities where the law requires or allows.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services
first. To report child sexual abuse material anywhere online, you can also use the NCMEC
CyberTipline at
report.cybertip.org
(United States) or find your national hotline through
INHOPE.
1. Who may use Bubblic
Our Terms of Service require every user to be at least 18 years
old. Bubblic is not designed for, directed at, or marketed to children. If we learn that
an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it. If you believe a minor is using
Bubblic, report the account using the steps in section 4.
2. What is prohibited
The following are prohibited on Bubblic without exception:
-
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): any image, audio, video, text, or
transcript that depicts or describes a minor in a sexual way. This includes
illustrated, animated, and AI-generated imagery.
-
Sexualization of minors: content that presents a minor as an object of
sexual interest, including suggestive descriptions, role play, or "ageplay" involving a
minor.
-
Grooming and solicitation: using Bubblic to contact, befriend, or
build trust with a minor for sexual purposes, to request sexual content from a minor,
or to arrange contact with a minor.
-
Sextortion and trafficking: threatening, coercing, or offering a
minor for sexual activity, and advertising or linking to such activity or material
anywhere else.
-
Facilitation: sharing links, codes, instructions, or contact details
that lead to any of the above, on Bubblic or on any other platform.
"Minor" means anyone under 18, or under the age of majority where they live if that is
higher. Content is judged by what it depicts or describes, not by the age stated by the
person who posted it.
3. How we enforce these standards
-
Adult-only platform. Accounts that appear to belong to minors are
closed.
-
Public by default. Voice messages and comments on Bubblic are public,
which means the community can see and report them. Users can report and block from
within the app.
-
Fast review. We act on reports of objectionable content within 24
hours, as our Terms of Service commit. Reports involving a child are treated as the
highest priority.
-
Removal and termination. Confirmed CSAE content is removed
immediately, the account is terminated, and we take steps to prevent the person from
returning. There are no warnings for this category.
-
Reporting to authorities. We report apparent CSAM to the National
Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required of service providers
under United States law, and to other competent authorities where local law requires
or allows it. We preserve the related material and account data for law enforcement
as the law requires.
-
Cooperation. We respond to lawful requests from law enforcement and
child protection agencies.
4. How to report
You can report a voice message, comment, or account in three ways:
-
In the app: open the menu (the three dots) on the message, comment, or
profile and choose Report. You can also block the user from the same menu.
-
By email: write to
safety@bubblic.co
with the subject "Child safety report". Include the username and, if you can, the date
and a description of the content. Do not forward the content itself.
-
Outside Bubblic: use the NCMEC CyberTipline or your national hotline
listed at the top of this page. You can do this in addition to reporting to us.
Reports can be made anonymously. We do not tell the reported user who reported them.
5. Compliance
We comply with applicable child safety laws, including the reporting obligations placed
on electronic service providers by United States federal law, and with the child safety
policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play. We review these standards at least once
a year and whenever the law or our product changes in a way that affects them.
6. Point of contact
Our designated child safety point of contact is Albert Chung, co-founder of Bubblic
Inc., reachable at
safety@bubblic.co. This
contact handles reports, questions from law enforcement and child protection agencies,
and notices from app stores about child safety.
